Groups of 20 or more can be booked onto the public service for all trips including visits to the Zoo at discounted rates.
How to book a group -
1. Groups must book at least a week in advance. Discount fares apply to 20+ paying passengers.
2. Telephone 020 7482 2550 with the date, time and number in the group. It also helps to know the ages of groups to the Zoo.

3. A booking confirmation will
be sent. If a deposit is required this will be non-refundable.
4. Bring the booking form with
the balance of payment to the boat on the day of the trip. If the number falls below 20 the
full fares
may be charged. The
